|Butter||4 Tablespoon (or margarine)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Ripe bananas||6 , peeled,cut in half lengthwise|
|Rum||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Melt butter in medium skillet.
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle some of this over cut bananas.
Put bananas in butter on a moderate to low heat; cook until lightly browned.
Turn once and sprinkle with remaining sugar mix ture.
Last, add rum.
You can ignite this for a glamorous dessert.
Serve bananas by themselves or over vanilla ice cream.
