|Pineapple||1 , chilled|
|Bananas||2 , sliced|
|Strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs), chilled|
|Blueberries||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), chilled|
|Lime sherbet||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Keeping crown intact, carefully cut pineapple to resemble a basket with a handle.
Scoop out fruit; discard core and cut pineapple into cubes.
Combine pineapple, bananas and strawberries; place in pineapple basket shell.
Just before serving, sprinkle with blueberries.
Combine sherbet and mayonnaise; chill.
Serve over fruit salad.
