Frozen Fruit Cup
|Fruit cocktail/Cut up fruit||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Seedless grapes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Watermelon balls||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ginger ale||1 Liter, chilled|
|Mint leaves||1 Teaspoon (For Garnishing)|
Mix fruits; place in ice cube tray.
Pour ginger ale over fruit; freeze for 1 hour and 30 min utes to 2 hours or until mixture is mushy.
Serve in small sherbet glasses garnished with mint leaves.
