|Cream-style cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Cream Style)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granola||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Kiwifruit||2 , peeled and sliced|
|Catalina||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Commercial Variety)|
|French salad dressing||1 Tablespoon|
Cut cantaloupe into four wedges, peel skin, and place cantaloupe wedges on lettuce leaves.
Combine cottage cheese, raisins, and walnuts, spoon over cantaloupe wedges.
Sprinkle with granola, and top with kiwifruit.
Drizzle dressing over each salad.
