|Frozen orange juice concentrate/Tangerine / grape juice concentrate||6 Ounce, thawed|
|Powdered fruit pectin||1 3⁄4 Ounce|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Sugar||3 3⁄4 Cup (60 tbs)|
Prepare jelly glasses.
Stir juice, fruit pectin and water in saucepan until pectin is dissolved.
Stirring constantly, cook over high heat about 2 minutes or until mixture comes to rolling boil.
Add sugar; heat to rolling boil, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat; immediately skim off foam.
Fill glasses and seal and store.
