Ingredients
  40% bran flakes 3 Cup (48 tbs) (Post Brand)
  Chopped raisins 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped dried figs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped dates 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sweetened condensed milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients.
Press into 9x9-inch pan and cut in small squares.
Or roll in balls or in finger shapes.
Place confections on platter and dry several hours.
Wrap in waxed paper.
Makes about 5 dozen pieces.
Note: If desired, dip confection in melted Baker's Dot Chocolate.
Dip only one end of finger-shaped pieces.
