Nutritious Apricot Whip

Ingredients
  Dried apricots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Fresh curd 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Honey/Sugar To Taste
  Lime juice 1⁄2
  Chopped nuts 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon (Almonds Or Walnuts)
Directions

Soak the apricots in hot water for 1/2 an hour.
When they are softened, chop and pit them.
Combine the apricots, curd, honey or sugar and lemon juice.
You can do this in an electric or manual blender.
Stir in the nuts and chill till needed.
