Avocado, Lime And Melon Dessert Salad
|Honey dew melon||1 Large|
|Avocado pears||2 Medium|
|Lime juice||3 Tablespoon|
1. Quarter the melons and remove the pips. Cut off the skin, then cut the flesh into thin width ways slices.
2. Halve, stone and peel the avocados and slice them lengthways. Arrange the fruit on 8 dessert plates. Combine the Kirsch and lime juice and pour over. Cover tightly with cling film until ready to serve. Do not chill.
3. Garnish each plate with 2 lime slices before serving.
