Spinach Apple Toss
|Red tart apples||2|
|Bacon slices||8 , crisply fried and crumbled|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Frozen orange juice concentrate||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Thawed)|
Wash spinach; remove stems and tear leaves into bite-size pieces; dry and chill.
Just before serving, quarter, core and slice unpared apples into large salad bowl.
Add spinach and bacon; toss.
Mix mayonnaise and orange juice concentrate; serve separately to spoon over salad.
