Coconut Topped Mixed Fruit
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Honeydew balls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Shredded coconut||4 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Over medium bowl to catch juice, remove skin and membrane from orange and section orange into bowl.
Add melon balls, banana slices, lemon juice, and extract; toss gently to combine.
Divide into 4 dessert dishes; sprinkle each portion with 1/4 of toasted coconut.
