Lime Avocado Mold

Ingredients
  Gelatin 4 Tablespoon
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Raw honey 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Cottage cheese 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Orange 1
  Lime juice/The juice of 5 limes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened pineapple chunks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Avocado 1 Large
  Pimento stuffed olives 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water.
Add honey and stir.
Put homemade cottage cheese, orange juice, lime juice, sea salt, and mavonnaise into blender and blend until creamy.
Blend the cheese and the gelatin mixture and chill until partially set.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into an 8-cup mold.
Chill until firm.
Unmold on greens.
Garnish with ripe olives.
