Honey Orange Cookies

Ingredients
  Whole wheat pastry flour 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Low sodium baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Orange juice 2 Tablespoon
  Orange 1 , grated rind
  Oat flakes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
Beat the butter, honey, and eggs well.
Add the juice and rind.
Stir in the flour mixture.
Stir in the oat flakes and pecans.
Drop the dough by the teaspoonful onto an oiled baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350 Degree.
