|Water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Raw honey/Unsulphured molasses||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Boil the raisins, water, butter, and salt.
Add the honey while this mixture is still hot.
Mix the spices, nuts, and flour and add to the raisin mixture.
Pour into an oiled and floured 8x8 inch cake pan.
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 Degree .
Cut into chewy squares.
