Grilled Fruit Medley
|Strawberry jelly||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Orange liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Toasted slivered almonds||2 Tablespoon|
On four 18x12-inch pieces of heavy foil, evenly divide the bananas, plums, and peaches.
Stir together jelly, margarine, and liqueur.
Spoon some over each packet of fruit.
For each packet, bring up the long edges of foil and, leaving a little space for expansion of steam, tightly seal top, then each end.
Place foil packets in center of the cooking grill.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes or till fruit is heated through.
Remove from grill.
Sprinkle each with about 2 teaspoons of the almonds.
