|Chilled whipping cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Orange flavored liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
Cut 2 of the papayas lengthwise into slices.
Cut remaining papaya into pieces.
Place papaya pieces in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed, stopping blender occasionally to scrape sides, until smooth, about 1 minute.
Beat whipping cream and powdered sugar in chilled bowl until thick but not stiff.
Fold in pureed papaya and liqueur.
Arrange papaya slices on 4 plates; squeeze juice from lime over papaya.
Spoon whipped cream mixture over papaya; top with kiwi.
Cantaloupe Dessert: Substitute 1 small cantaloupe for the 3 papayas.
Cut 3/4 of the cantaloupe into slices.
Cut remaining lA into pieces.
Place pieces in blender container and continue as directed.
