|Chunky style peanut butter||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Fruit preserves||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||2 Tablespoon|
|Powdered sugar||1 Tablespoon|
Spread each tortilla with 2 tablespoons peanut butter.
Spread 1 tablespoon preserves across one end of each tortilla; roll up.
Heat oil (1 inch) in 10-inch skillet to 350Â°.
Fry 3 or 4 roll-ups at a time, seam sides down, until golden brown, turning once, about 1 1/2 minutes.
Drain; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Serve warm or cool.
