Minted Melon Balls

Ingredients
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped mint/2 tsp. dried mint 3 Tablespoon
  Chilled mixed melon balls/Watermelon, cantaloupe and honeydew 4 Cup (64 tbs)
Directions

Boil sugar and water 5 minutes.
Stir in chopped mint and let stand until cool.
Strain.
Spoon over melon balls in small dishes at serving time.
Garnish with sprigs of mint.
