Gourmet Fruit Delight
|Pears/1 pint home-canned pears||16 Ounce|
|Frozen raspberries/1 pint box (2 cups) fresh raspberries||10 Ounce|
|Brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Pint|
Puree pears with juice in blender, food mill, or food processor until smooth. Pour into bowl and fold in raspberries, orange sections, grated peel, and bananas. Pour into serving bowl and chill. Fold brown sugar into sour cream, or put sour cream into a small serving bowl and sift brown sugar over it. Serve fruit at the table into your prettiest sauce dishes, and pass sour cream mixture to be spooned over it as desired.
