|Unsweetened apple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange rind||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine kiwi, apple juice, and lemon juice in container of an electric blender; process until smooth.
Stir in orange rind.
Pour mixture into an 8-inch square baking pan; freeze until almost firm.
Spoon frozen mixture into a mixing bowl; beat with an electric mixer until fluffy.
Return to pan, and freeze until firm.
Let stand at room temperature 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish with orange slices, if desired.
