For Berry Smoothie
1. In a blender, pour in the young coconut water, followed by mango, frozen peaches and frozen berries. Blend on high speed.
2. Pour t berry smoothie in jars and serve.
For Raw Borscht
1. In a blending jar, pour in the carrot juice, beet juice, avocado, beet, lemon juice and dill. Blend well for a few minutes.
2. Ladle out the borsht in bowls and garnish with onion, dill, avocados and lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
