Raw Vegan Borscht & Berry Smoothie

Jon meets with special guest, Sussanna, and makes a raw vegan borscht and a raw vegan berry smoothie.
Ingredients
For berry smoothie
  Young coconut water 16 Ounce
  Frozen mango 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen peaches 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Frozen berries 1 Cup (16 tbs) (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries)
For raw borscht
  Carrot juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Beet juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Avocado 1
  Beet 1
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Fresh dill 2 Tablespoon
For garnish
  Onion 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Dill 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Avocado 1 , diced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
Directions

For Berry Smoothie
MAKING
1. In a blender, pour in the young coconut water, followed by mango, frozen peaches and frozen berries. Blend on high speed.

SERVING
2. Pour t berry smoothie in jars and serve.

For Raw Borscht
1. In a blending jar, pour in the carrot juice, beet juice, avocado, beet, lemon juice and dill. Blend well for a few minutes.

SERVING
2. Ladle out the borsht in bowls and garnish with onion, dill, avocados and lemon juice. Serve and enjoy!
