Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bread crumbs 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned whole cranberry sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon rind 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Blend butter or margarine and bread crumbs.
Add cranberries and other ingredients.
Toss lightly until well mixed.
Moisten if necessary.
Stuff bird.
Note: 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped, and 2 additional tablespoons sugar may be substituted for canned cranberry sauce.
