Ingredients
  Mashed banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon 1⁄2
  Egg white 1
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Banana 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Red currant jelly 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Beat first 5 ingredients together until mixture is very light and fluffy.
Heap in sherbet glasses, and garnish each with dot of jelly.
