|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Rose wine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Mint leaves||1 Bunch (100 gm)|
|Sliced strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced bananas||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Melon balls||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced pineapple/Any fresh fruits in season||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla ice cream||1 Quart|
Heat honey; remove from heat, and add wine and mint leaves.
Chill 1 hour.
Strain, and pour over fruits.
Chill until serving time.
Spoon over scoops of vanilla ice cream.
