Rose Fruits

Ingredients
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rose wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mint leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Sliced strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced bananas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melon balls 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Diced pineapple/Any fresh fruits in season 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
Directions

Heat honey; remove from heat, and add wine and mint leaves.
Chill 1 hour.
Strain, and pour over fruits.
Chill until serving time.
Spoon over scoops of vanilla ice cream.
