|Mixed dried fruits||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Dried figs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sultana raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Almond extract||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Toasted coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Wash fruits and dry well.
Put fruits and walnuts through food grinder.
Combine with honey and almond flavoring, mixing well.
Shape into balls about the size of walnuts.
Roll in toasted coconut.
Chill at least 1 hour.
Makes 3 dozen balls.
