Apple Beef Balls

Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apples 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Tomato juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, apples, salt and pepper with eggs; mix lightly.
Shape into balls; saute in skillet in small amount of hot fat until browned.
Place meatballs in baking dish; add tomato juice.
Bake, covered, at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
