Fruit Salad

Keyra makes a fresh fruit salad. Grapes, strawberries, plums, pineapple, orange juice, lime juice, lime zest.
Ingredients
  Grapes 100 Gram, diced
  Strawberry 100 Gram, diced
  Plums 100 Gram, diced
  Pineapple 100 Gram, diced
  Orange 1 Large, juiced
  Lime 1 Medium, juiced and half lemon zested
  Fresh mint 2 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl, put together the diced fruits.
2. Squeeze half of the orange and add to the fruits.
3. Squeeze juice of 1 lemon and zest one half of the lemon skin.
4. Toss to mix.
5. Add the freshly chopped mint leaves and mix well.

SERVING
6. Serve immediately.
