|Low calorie orange flavored gelatin||3 Ounce|
|Tangerine juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Liquid sweetener||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 cup hot water; add tangerine juice and sweetener.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Place bowl containing gelatin mixture in larger bowl of ice and water; whip until fluffy and thick.
Fold in egg white; pour into 4 individual molds.
Chill until firm; unmold.
