Frosty Melon Salad`
|Raspberry gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Fruit juice||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Honeydew melon||1 Medium|
|Drained raspberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream cheese||9 Ounce|
Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup hot water; add fruit juice.
Chill until thickened.
Peel melon, leaving whole.
Cut slice from one end; scoop out seeds.
Drain melon well; place upright in bowl.
Fold raspberries into gel- atin mixture; fill melon.
Replace top slice, fastening with toothpicks.
Combine cream cheese and milk; beat until smooth and fluffy.
Cut thin slice from underside of melon to make firm base; place on plate.
Spread cream cheese mixture over entire melon.
Cut into slices.
