Grapefruit and Orange supremely healthy breakfast
Ingredients
  Orange 1 Large
  Grapefruit 1 Large
Directions

MAKING
1. Cut orange skin’s with the help of a knife. And take out pulp in bowl.
2. Squeeze orange membrane with hands and take out juice in same bowl.
3. Cut grapefruit skin’s with knife and takes out pulp in same bowl where you have kept your orange.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve fruits with half boiled egg for breakfast.
