Fried Goose With Apple Rings

Ingredients
  Goose breasts 8 , cooked
  Flour 3 1⁄2 Ounce
  Eggs 2
  Oil 1⁄4 Pint
  Fresh white breadcrumbs 6 Ounce
  Butter 2 1⁄2 Ounce
  Apples 2
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon (Leveled)
  Brown gravy/Brown sauce 1⁄2 Pint
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Season the slices of the goose breast and coat with flour
2) In a bowl beat the eggs
3) Dip the slices of breast into the egg mixture
4) Coat the breast with breadcrumbs
5) In a frying pan, add the oil and when hot add the butter
6) Once foamed fry the slices of breast till golden brown
7) Transfer the slices onto absorbent paper
8) Using a peeler peel the apple
9) Then core and slice into 8 rings
10) In a frying pan, reheat the fat in which the goose was fried
11) Remove any crumbs from the fat
12) Fry the apple rings till brown, sprinkling in brown sugar on each side while frying
13) Make the sauce by mixing together 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 2 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan
14) Add salt and pepper to the gravy

SERVING
15) Serve the slices with the gravy
