Dried Mixed Fruit Wine

Ingredients
  Mixed dried fruits 36 Ounce (Currants, Sultanas And Raisins, 3 Packets, 12 Ounce Each)
  Wheat 1 Pound
  Sugar 3 Pound
  Water 1 Gallon
  Orange juice 1 Fluid Ounce
  Lemon juice 1 Fluid Ounce
  Yeast 1 Teaspoon
  Nutrient 1 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Chop dried fruits into bite sized pieces.

MAKING
2. In a large bowl add fruits and sugar.
3. Pout boiling water over it and stir.
4. Let it cool.
5. Mix citrus fruit juices, yeast and nutrient.
6. Cover tightly with a lid and keep in a warm place for 4 days.
7. Strain the mixture into fermentation jar and fit air-lock.
8. Let is ferment normally.

SERVING
9. Serve in wine glasses.
