Ingredients
  Cod fillet 12 Ounce, skinned and cut into strips (350 Gram, 3/4 Pound)
  Prawns 6 Ounce, peeled (100 - 150 Gram, 1 Cup)
  Scallops 6 , cut into quarters
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
  Butter 2 Ounce (50 Gram, 3 Cup)
  White wine 4 Fluid Ounce (100 Milliliter / 1/2 Cup)
  Plain flour 1 1⁄2 Ounce (6 Tablespoons / 40 Gram)
  Milk 3⁄4 Pint, infused with 1 bay leaf, 1 blade mace and peppercorns (450 Milliliter / 2 Cups)

  Blade mace 1
  Parmesan cheese 1 Ounce, grated (25 Gram / 1/4 Cup)
  Parsley sprigs 1 (For Garnish)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Start by preheating the oven to 375°F

MAKING
2.On ovenproof dishes, mix the cod strips, prawns and scallops with the lemon juice and seasoning and divide between 6 deep scallop shells, then saute the onion in the butter then add the wine and boil ot.
3. Simmer till reduced by half, whisk in the flour and cook until smooth, also strain in the infused milk and boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes
4. Over the fish, sprinkle the seasoning and sprinkle with cheese
5. Bake at 375°F for 20-30 minutes until golden brown on top

SERVING
6. Garnish with parsley sprigs and serve with a sauce of your choice
