|Strawberries||4 Cup (64 tbs), hulled|
|Sifted powdered sugar||6 Tablespoon, divided (1/4 Cup Plus 2 Tablespoons)|
|Cointreau/Other orange-flavored liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
|Whipping cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Kirsch/Other cherry-flavored liqueur||2 Tablespoon|
1 In a bowl, combine strawberries along with 1/4 cup powdered sugar, rum, and Cointreau.
2 Gently mix.
3 Cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4 In a bowl, beat whipping cream until foamy.
5 Gradually add in the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and kirsch.
6 In individual serving dishes, put the strawberries.
7 Serve each serving topped with a dollop of cream mixture.
