Ruby Fruit Combo
|Frozen sweetened raspberries||10 Ounce, defrosted, drained and juice reserved (1 package)|
|Corn starch||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen dark sweet cherries||1 Cup (16 tbs), pitted, defrosted|
|Thickly sliced fresh strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
1) Combine raspberry juice with sugar and cornstarch.
2) Microwave the contents for about 2 1/2 to 3 minutes at high temperature, till the contents start to bubble and thicken (stir the contents during this process).
3) Add the fruit and lemon juice to the thickened sauce and stir well.
4) Serve the Ruby Fruit Combo with whipped cream and it also tastes wonderful over a cake.
