|White grape juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ground allspice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1 (as required)|
|Quick cooking oats||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), uncooked|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Margarine||3 Tablespoon, softened|
1)In a medium saucepan combine blueberries, grape juice and allspice together.
2)Boil it and later simmer for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3)Take an 8-inch square baking dish,coat it with cooking spray and pour mixture into it.
4)In a small bowl , combine oats,whole wheat flour,brown sugar,baking powder and ground nutmeg.
5)Mix the mixture in margarine until it is crumbly.
6)Sprinkle some topping over blueberry mixture.
7)Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
8)Serve it hot or at room temperature.
