Fresh Fruit Compote

Ingredients
  Seedless orange 1 Large, peeled and sectioned
  Ripe papaya 1 , peeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  Cubed fresh pineapple 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Apple 1 Medium, unpeeled and cut into 3/4-inch cubes
  Banana 1 Small, sliced
  Grand marnier/Other orange-flavored liqueur 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unsweetened orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1 In a bowl, add the fruit.
2 Toss lightly.
3 In a small bowl, mix liqueur and orange juice together.
4 Pour over the fruit, mixing well.
5 Cover and place in the refrigerator.
6 Chill for at least 1 hour.

SERVING
7 Serve chilled.
