Fresh Fruit, Chopped Peanuts, and Chutney
|Peach/Nectarine||1 Large, cut up and sprinkled with fresh lemon juice|
|Seedless grapes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Roasted peanuts||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), unsalted, chopped|
1)Arrange fruit on platter and put chutney and nuts in small dishes.
2)Serve this with curry.
3)If peaches, nectarines, and seedless grapes are not available, use 1 large tart apple, like a Granny Smith or Jonathan and 1 large orange, tangerine or tangelo.
4)Sprinkle the cut apple with lemon juice and serve.
