Fruit Leather

Ingredients
  Apples 3 1⁄5 Ounce (Ripened)
  Apricots 3 1⁄5 Ounce (Ripened)
  Pears 3 1⁄5 Ounce (Ripened)
  Strawberries 3 1⁄5 Ounce (Ripened)
  Peaches 3 1⁄5 Ounce (Ripened)
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Wash all the fruits, peel and core the pears, apricots, peaches, apples.
2) Into a blender tip in the fruits and hulled strawberries
3) Blend to a smooth puree

MAKING
4) Into a saucepan, pour in the puree and honey and heat gently on law flame till it bubbles
5) Onto a cookie tray , line with a layer of plastic wrap
6) Pour the fruit puree onto the tray to spread a thin layer
7) Place the cheese cloth over the tray taking care not to touch the fruit puree
8) Place the tray in the sun for about 8 hours
9) Peel the plastic wrap off
10) Roll the fruit puree into 6 inch strips and allow to cool
11) Wrap the strips with plastic wrap

SERVING
12) Serve the fruit leather as a snack
