Keystone Fruit Sweet Onion Bisque
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet onions||4 Pound, diced (Mayan)|
|Chicken stock||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Light cream/Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Take a stockpot and add some butter into it. Melt the butter and sautÃ© onions in it for approximately 15- 20 minutes.
2. Add flour and remaining ingredients and stir well.
3. Boil the mixture by stirring at occasional intervals.
4. Serve the Keystone Fruit Sweet Onion Bisque hot.
