Sweet and Sour Marinade
|Salt free soy sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1) In a bowl, add all the ingredients.
2) Mix well.
3) Transfer to a Mason or canning jar till ready to use.
4) Can be refrigerated for up to 6 months.
5) Goes great as a basting option for chicken, pork or turkey.
6) Also use in stir fry for vegetables or meat.
