|Blackberry jam||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped pecans||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped raisins||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated coconut||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Flour||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy; add eggs, mixing well.
Combine buttermilk and soda, stirring until soda is dissolved.
Add to creamed mixture.
Add blackberry jam, pecans, raisins and coconut, mixing thoroughly.
Stir in flour.
Pour into three 9-inch, greased brown paper-lined layer pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
