|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Sifted)|
|Light cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Mixed candied fruit||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Slivered almonds||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Blanched)|
|Coconut||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), flaked or shredded|
1 In a bowl, cream butter and sugar together.
2 Add in the remaining ingredients.
3 Mix lightly.
4 Evenly spread on the cake.
5 Broil for 3 to 5 minutes until bubbly and glazed.
