Raisins Covered with Dark Chocolate

It may surprise you to hear that it is quite easy to make Chocolate Covered Raisins at home. Best of all, this recipe from Dorothy Delaney requires minimal cooking. Plus, dark chocolate is a great source of antioxidants, making this sweet treat good for you.
  Cacao butter 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs), shaved and melted
  Cacao powder 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raw agave/Raw honey 2 Tablespoon
  Mesquite powder 1 Tablespoon
  Raisins 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon

Melt the cacao butter in your dehydrator, or a double boiler, or over a bowl of hot water.

Mix in the other ingredients by hand.

Pour in raisins, 1/2 cup at a time. Use a slotted spoon to transfer raisinsto a wax paper-coated cookie sheet.

Freeze for 10 minutes.
