Ingredients
  Pitted dates 1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)
  Banana 2
  Chopped nuts 2 Ounce (55 Grams)
  Seedless raisins 2 Ounce, soaked for 15 minutes (55 Grams)
  Orange 1 , grated rind and juice
Directions

MAKING
1. Mix all ingredients well together, adding enough orange juice to make the mixture stiff.
2. Press into basin

SERVING
3. When required turn out and serve with soya milk.
