Vegan Fruit Medley
|Pitted dates||1⁄2 Pound (225 Grams)|
|Chopped nuts||2 Ounce (55 Grams)|
|Seedless raisins||2 Ounce, soaked for 15 minutes (55 Grams)|
|Orange||1 , grated rind and juice|
1. Mix all ingredients well together, adding enough orange juice to make the mixture stiff.
2. Press into basin
3. When required turn out and serve with soya milk.
