Frozen Fresh Fruit Dessert
|Soft style cream cheese||4 Ounce (1/2 Of An 8-Ounce Container)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely shredded lemon peel||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Fresh fruits||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Blueberries Halved Seedless Green Grapes; Pitted Cherries; Sliced Strawberries; Or Peeled, Chopped Peaches, Nectarines, Or Papaya)|
1. In a small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, lemon peel and lemon juice.
2. Fold desired fruit into cream cheese mixture.
3. In four 6-ounce custard cups place paper bake cups.
4. Fill cups with fruit mixture and serve.
