Orange Juice - 1 quart
Fresh Lemon Juice - 2 cups
Sugar - 1 cup + 2 tablepoons
Frozen Pineapple Juice - 1 can, thawed
Cinnamon Sticks - 2 nos
Whole Cloves - 2 teaspoons
1) In a large kettle, add in apple juice, orange juice, lemon juice, sugar, pineapple juice, cloves and cinnamon sticks.
2) Let the mixture come to a boil. Turn down the flame and let it simmer for about 1 hour.
3) Remove the cinnamon sticks and cloves with a slotted spoon.
4) Serve Christmas Wassail hot in individual glasses. Garnish with melon slices, if desired.
