Canned peach halves - 4, each cut into 3 pieces
Bananas - 2, cut into 12 (1-inch) slices
Butter or margarine - 2 tablespoons, melted
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Granulated sugar - 2 tablespoons
Coconut - 1 cup, grated
1. Cut Date Nut Roll crosswise into 3 pieces and then cut each piece into quarters.
2. On a 7-inch skewer, arrange alternatively with peaches and bananas.
3. Brush evenly on all nut roll pieces with melted butter, and fruits with lemon juice.
4. Sprinkle the skewered fruits and nut roll with granulated sugar, roll in grated coconut.
5. Serve fresh.
