|Prunes||6 Ounce, soaked, stoned and chopped (175 gram)|
|Cooking apple||1 Large, peeled, cored and chopped|
|Blanched almonds||1 1⁄4 Ounce, finely chopped (40 gram)|
|Cranberry sauce||30 Milliliter (2 tablespoons)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 (use finely grated rind and juice)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Vegetable oil||15 Milliliter (1 tablespoon)|
1 In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well to mix.
2 In a rigid container, pack the container seal, label and freeze.
3 Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or at room temperature for 4 hours.
4 Use as desired like fresh stuffing.
