Apple and Raisin Stuffing
|Cooking apple||1 Large, peeled, cored and chopped|
|Seedless raisins||4 Ounce (100 gram)|
|Fresh white breadcrumbs||2 Ounce (50 gram)|
|Sweet chutney||1 Tablespoon (1 tablespoon)|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
1 Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2 Stir well to mix.
3 In a rigid container, pack the mixture.
4 Seal the container, label and freeze.
5 Thaw in the refrigerator overnight, or at room temperature for 4 hours.
6 Use like the fresh stuffing.
