Ingredients
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Mint flakes 2 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon piece 3 Inch
  Apple juice 1 Quart
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan bring water, sugar, mint flakes and cinnamon to a boil, simmer reducing heat for about 10 minutes and cool.
2. In a bowl combine apple juice and lemon juice.
3. Strain syrup into juice mixture and chill.

SERVING
4. Serve the drink garnishing with mint leaves and lemon wedges.
